| Our client, an expanding company located near Warminster, is currently seeking Customer Service Agents to join their team. Duties will include: Answering the telephone dealing with customers questions and queries Troubleshooting new products Updating product information on the database Other general duties The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a customer services or technical role before, although all backgrounds will be considered. You will also need to have an excellent telephone manner and IT skills. Please not you will need to be a car owner and have a licence to get to work, due to it rural location. | ||
