| Our client is currently looking for self motivated individuals to join a busy team where you will the first point of contact for drivers who may have been involved in an accident. You will be responsible for: Taking high volume calls Handling all calls calmly and sensitively, prioritising your workload along the way Listening to and collating information Taking accurate, comprehensive and detailed notes which need to be regularly updated Liaising with insurance / leasing companies Dealing with post Writing reports Other general duties You will need previous experience working within a busy pressurised environment, and enjoy working to deadlines.
