| Joining a growing, successful company based in Chippenham, your role will be to: Deal with incoming calls from customers wishing to organise services, maintenance or repairs to their vehicle Receiving calls from drivers who have broken down Organising and booking services Listening to and collating information Ensuring that recovery vehicles are organised promptly Organising courtesy cars Taking effective and comprehensive notes Briefing garages about repairs Keeping drivers informed of progress / any problems Ideally you will have previous experience working in a busy, pressurised environment, although candidates from all backgrounds will be considered. You will also need to enjoy working to deadlines, and enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish.
