| Our client on a busy industrial estate on the outskirts of Chippenham is looking for a Customer Booking Operator. The ideal candidate will join an established and dedicated team of customer booking controllers. Your duties will involve making/taking inbound and outbound calls and liaising between customers and departments to ensure high levels of customer service are delivered at all times and problems are handled quickly and efficiently.
